Role: 
At The HUB, the Courtesy Crew are our ambassadors of Good, Clean Fun!  They are the ASK ME ANYTHING’S and KNOWERS OF EVERYTHING’S!  This would be a great roll for first time job seekers, or anyone wanting full time, part time, or flexible hours! They greet our guests and help them “learn to HUB”, they help to proactively identify service gaps and involve leadership where needed, they help to keep tables and common space clean, and they may help in minor service recovery at times.  The Courtesy Crew is knowledgeable of all areas of the HUB to include HUB operated businesses, tenant operated businesses, as well as current and upcoming events and promotions.
 
Requirements:  
• Good communication, time management, and organization skills. 
• Ability to do identify guests who are not smiling and make them smile. 
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment. 
• Must have problem solving abilities; be self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task. 
• Knowledgeable of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. 
 
Physical Requirements:  
 
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment 
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs. 
• Close and distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. 
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 50 lbs. 
• Work with moderate to loud noise level. 
• Slip resistant shoes required. 
 
Tasks (all necessary training will be provided):  
• Greet guests upon entry and explain the HUB.
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events.
• Monitor common areas for potential gaps in service.
• Help to recover service gaps and/or involve leadership when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in workstations and guest facing areas.  
• Follow all The HUB’s safety & operational checklists, including opening and closing. 
• Pre-bussing all common area tables as needed.
• Trash upkeep throughout all common areas within the Property company as needed.

Qualifications: 
• Must love puppies! We are pet friendly!
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
